Sofia Vergara 'ok' with embryo battle...

"I'm not going through anything. HE's going through it," said Sofia Vergara to Howard Stern today, when the SiriusXM radio show host grilled the sexy Modern Family star about her ex, Nick Loeb, and their frozen embryo battle.
Loeb wants to bring their two frozen embryos to term. Vergara doesn't.
"I don't hate him but obviously he has a problem with me," said Vergara, explaining that they signed a contract about this in 2013. And they've been split for a year now.
"A kid needs parents. I would't imagine anyone saying it's sane to bring in the world already everything set up wrong for them. It would be so selfish."
Stern cited Loeb's recent New York Times op-ed piece, which Vergara said she didn't want to read, in which Loeb says he wants to be a father.
"I totally understand him," said Vergara, adding, "Fortunately or unfortunately, there is law. You signed legal papers. If it was serious for him, this issue — which I totally respect is for someone — he should have taken it more seriously. There is a contract."
She says they saw the contract, they reviewed the contract. "Suddenly now you want to change your mind?'
When Stern asked if she was afraid that somehow Loeb will get the right to bring these eggs to fruition with the help of a surrogate, Vergara answered, "No, what judge is going to say OK?"
And as for the argument that the embryos are life, she said, "Even if it's life or not life, that's not what he signed!"
Vergara said she really isn't worried about it. "I'm OK. I am doing the right thing. I didn't do anything wrong."
And what about her fiance Joe Manganiello? "We try not to even talk about it. We have lawyers. We're having so much fun right now, moving to our new house. ... we're planning our wedding. We try not to think about this."
The bubbly actress was much happier talking about how the hunky actor, who is four years younger, proposed to her while in Hawaii on Dec. 24. She was in her pajamas getting ready for dinner. They've been together 10 months, engaged for four.
Stern focused on her 7-carat engagement ring. "Is that worth over $100,000 that thing?'

"Si!" she said.
